Hello, and welcome,

a few words about me...

I am currently living between Portland and Southern Oregon.

My son Autumn and his partner Julie were recently blessed with identical twins boys , so I am now a grandmother...! (photos)

In the past, I have:

• Enjoyed expressing my creativity using a variety of mediums. (My art resume is here)
  
  
• Been intrigued by improvisational dance for over twenty years. My studies have included Contact Improvisation, Authentic Movement, Continuum, etc.
  
  
• Been licensed as a massage therapist since 1992, studied in Hawaii and California, and continue to offer private sessions,
  as well as Watsu and Waterdance work.
  
  
• Facilitated groups exploring intentional community, assisting with collaborative decision-making.
  
  
• Taught movement meditations, and a variety of other creative dance classes.
  
  
• Led support groups for women recovering from cancer,
  using gentle movement and creative writing.
